Each line is one real job. Open the one that looks like yours — same neighbourhood, same work, same yard constraints. Before and after photos are taken from the same spot.
Basement took on water at every thaw. The original clay drain was crushed on two sides. Dug to the footing, membrane, new drain, clean stone — and the cedar hedge put back as it was.
Cracked asphalt, sunk at the street edge. Dug 18 inches down, crushed-stone base compacted in lifts, surface drain run to the ditch, pavers laid in a herringbone pattern.
The lot sloped toward the house, so every storm washed soil onto the patio. Dry-stacked block wall on a drained footing, slope cut into two terraces, sod laid at the end of summer.
Three ash trees felled the year before, stumps left in place. Full removal, soil screened, laser grading, and sod laid the next day so rain couldn't wash out the fresh grade.

Sectors fill in the order people sign up, and the route has to fit inside one night. By the first storm there's no room left — that isn't a sales tactic, it's the length of the run.

Prices apply to Saint-Augustin, L'Ancienne-Lorette, Cap-Rouge and Val-Bélair. Stoneham, Shannon and Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval: add 15% for distance. A storm over 40 cm gets a second pass at no extra charge.
